Our Beginners HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is designed for anyone looking to improve their fitness, burn calories, and build strength — even if you're just getting started. Whether you’re returning to exercise or trying it for the first time, this class offers a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can train at your own pace.
Each session combines short bursts of exercise with recovery periods to improve cardio fitness, muscular endurance, and fat-burning potential — all in just 30–45 minutes. Every movement can be adapted to suit your level and ability.
Classes run every Monday and Thursday at 7:00 for 45 minutes
Each class as pay as you go is £10
4 Class blocks are £32 usable Monday or Thursday over a 4 week period

Planning circuits is a daily occurrence for me whether its for RAF Recruits or for my Clients, I will adapt and change the plans to best suit the needs and level of the class members!

The maximum I accept in a class is 10, usually classes have around 8 participants. This is to ensure that everyone receives the attention and supportive environment I aim to provide
