I offer both Swedish massage and sports massage:
If you're looking to relax, reduce stress, or support general wellness, Swedish massage is a great choice.
If you have muscle tightness, training soreness, or a specific area of discomfort, sports massage may be more suitable. Not sure? We’re happy to advise based on your needs during your consultation.
Not at all. Sports massage is beneficial for anyone with muscular tension, repetitive strain, or those recovering from physical stress—whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or just lead a busy lifestyle.
Each session begins with a brief consultation to understand your needs and goals. You’ll be treated in a professional, private setting with appropriate draping for comfort and modesty. Pressure levels are always adapted to your comfort.
Sports massage can involve firm pressure and targeted techniques, but it should never be painful. Communication is key—you’ll be encouraged to give feedback so we can adjust pressure as needed. Swedish massage is generally gentle and soothing.
For Swedish massage, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level—most clients wear underwear and are covered with towels throughout. For sports massage, you may be asked to wear or bring shorts or a vest for better access to specific muscle groups.
Massage appointments are available in 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute sessions, depending on your needs. We’ll help you choose the right duration when booking.
Massage may not be appropriate if you have certain conditions like active infections, open wounds, recent surgery, or blood clotting disorders. If you're unsure, please get in contact before booking. We always assess suitability before treatment.
This depends on your goals. For general relaxation or wellness, once every 3–4 weeks is common. For sports recovery or injury support, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. We’ll recommend a plan that works best for you.
